At Comfrt, we’ve made returns simple, flexible, and stress free.
Eligible items can be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a Comfrt Gift Card.

Due to the severe winter storms affecting the majority of the United States, there may be delays in return shipping timelines and processing.
Please allow up to 21 days from return delivery for your return or exchange to be processed. We appreciate your patience.

Processing Time
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days depending on your bank’s processing times.
- Store credit is issued as a Comfrt Gift Card via email - it never expires and can be used on any future order.
Return Window
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns requested outside this period or that don’t meet policy criteria will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or scent.
- Tags (and hygienic liners, if applicable) must be attached.
- Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for credit or exchange.
